Vietnam Veteran Lapel Pinning
Elk County Commissioners M. Fritz Lecker and Matthew G. Quesenberry presented John Mark Dougherty with his Vietnam Veteran Lapel Pin and American Flag Pin. Living United States Veterans who served on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces at any time during the period November 1, 1955 to May 15, 1975, regardless of location are eligible to receive one lapel pin. Thank you John Mark Dougherty for your service!
